Baita Franz is located at the entrance of Livigno, if you are coming from Passo Forcola, in Florin area.
It is situated in a calm zone surrounded by green, where you have the chance of practising several sports sponsored by Livigno in a marvellous landscape.
In summer time you can ride bicycles or take a relaxing walks in the appropriate routes, which run along the town. And if you want, you can take more difficult routes uphill!
B. F. is close to ski-walk slopes and ski lifts and if you don't want to use your car, it is possible to take free bus rides through the town.
The house, run by Fam. Bormolini is very carefully furnished and arranged in three apartments equipped with all comforts: TV sat, autonomous heating, glass how, dishwashing machine, ski deposit, balcony, a beautiful garden and a private parking lot.
